COMPOSITION :

Each uncoated hilayer tablet contains :

Telmisartan IP......................................40 mg

Hydrochlorthiazkde IP.............................12.5 mg

Excipients................................................q.s


COLOUR :

Lake of Sunset Yellow in Hydrochlorothiazide layer


DOSAGE :

As directed by the physician.

STORE ;

Store at contolled room temperature.

Protect from moisture.


Important : Moisture sensitive tablets do not remove from strip unit immediately before administration.

 Keep out of reach of children

CAUTION :

It is dangerous to take this preparation except under medical supervision.

 WARNING : When pregnancy is detected, Telmisatran should be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing fetus, when used in pregnancy during second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
