Each uncoated bi-layer tablet contains :
Telmisartan IP..............................40 mg
Hydrochlorothaizide IP.............12.5 mg
Excipients.......................................q.s

Colour : Sunset Yellow FCF.
Dosage : As directed by the Physician.
Keep in a cool dry place.
Protect from light and moistrue .
Keep out of reach of children

To be sold by retail on the prexcripiton of a Registered Medical Practitioner only.

WARNING:
When pregnancy is detected, Telmisartan shoud be discontinued as soon as possible as it can cause injury and even death to the developing foetus when used in pregnancy during second and third trimesters of pregnancy
